Speaker: Alison Dunkley

Alison is a Director at Deloitte Cayman and is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of an effective firm-wide compliance and risk management programme. She has been a member of the Deloitte Compliance and Risk Management team for over 14 years.

Description/Overview: 

This course will cover the importance of a "speak up" culture, and managing the conflict between professional confidentiality and reporting obligations. This will include a discussion of the NOCLAR provisions introduced to the IFAC Code of Ethics.

• Understand changes to the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants
