Insolvency in the Cayman Islands - common areas and issues found on insolvency engagements and an understanding of how they are handled.

• Typical asset types found in Cayman insolvencies;
• Tools for recovery;
• Asset tracing;
• Types of creditor and ranking'
• Adjudication and distribution process.

Who Should Attend:

Principally aimed at below manager but also appropriate for managerial level with minimal insolvency knowledge.

Prerequisites: Basic understanding of insolvency.
