14 May, 11 am: Cayman Islands FATF Follow Up with Justine Plankiewicz
The Cayman Islands' observation period for the FATF follow up process officially ended on 21 February. Due to the worldwide pandemic, the Joint Group of the Americas meeting as well as the FATF June meeting have been postponed. During this period, despite all the disruptions, work on enhancing the AML/CFT regime in the Cayman Islands is still progressing. Justine will outline the latest on the FATF process and the work being done to enhance the Islands' AML/CFT framework.
