This growth in the US and abroad has resulted in greater regulatory attention to develop a comprehensive regulatory framework for this asset class.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to describe:

  • The scope and focus of US regulators on digital assets
  • The scope and focus of digital asset money laundering issues
  • The focus on international regulatory organisation in digital assets
  • The guidance on accounting and auditing of digital assets

Presenter:
